Elevate employee engagement by aligning roles with talent. Join us for a webinar based on TMA Talent's innovative TMA Talent Measurement model, designed to bridge the gap between innate talent, job fit, and meaningful impact.
Explore:
Why talent-job fit matters
Discover how when employees feel they're using their talents effectively; it correlates directly with engagement levels.
The power of impact
Learn why employees who see meaningful impact in their work, especially when it aligns with their strengths, are significantly more motivated and committed.
Measuring what matters
Typical 360° reviews reveal competencies but not the talents behind them. Unlike conventional methods, TMA measures 22 research-backed drives to identify 44 unique talents.
From drives to behavioral strengths
Understand the "Order & Structure" drive example: a high score reflects precision, a low score fosters creativity, and balance delivers adaptability.
Integrating talents, competencies, and environment
See how aligning natural motivators (drives) with skill development and work context leads to better performance, meaningful growth, and sustained engagement.
