Join Bellwether for a live Producer Interview + Coffee Spotlight webinar featuring Andrés Martínez and Colombia Caturra.

In this special session, we’ll sit down with Andrés Martínez, a Colombian producer and fermentation specialist, to explore the story and science behind one of our newest coffees: Colombia Caturra.

With a background in biochemical engineering and fermentation, Andrés has worked alongside renowned producer Diego Bermudez and now leads the Sarma Young project, supporting small producers across southern Colombia. Through innovative fermentation techniques and a community-driven approach, he’s helping farmers elevate quality, increase value, and bring unique coffees to market. We’ll also be joined by Bellwether’s head roaster, Zoe Gigas, who will lead a quick cupping and share tasting insights on this unique coffee.
