Every team has leads sitting with agents who stopped calling them. Nobody notices until that lead buys a home with someone else. When a manager does catch it, the fix is usually a reminder that gets ignored.

We'll show how to close that leak without anyone babysitting the CRM. Battr audits your database on its own and finds the leads that aren't being worked. The agent gets a warning first. If they still don't act, the lead is swept to a pond automatically.

That's where most teams stop, and where most leads die. Instead, Speculo's AI picks those leads up. It calls, texts, and emails them for days or weeks until they're ready to talk. Then it books them onto an agent's calendar: a new agent who wants the lead, or the original agent if you'd rather give them a second shot.

Steven Myers will show how Urban Cool Homes runs this exact setup, with Battr and Speculo working side by side.

You'll leave with a system that holds agents to working their leads and keeps every swept lead in motion until it turns into an appointment.

If your ponds are where leads go to die, this one's for you.
