Most of your "lost deals" aren't actually lost to a competitor.

In fact, 56% of B2B sales cycles end in *No Decision*.

Which means the prospect:

*   **intended** to buy,
*   created a **shortlist**,
* went through the **entire** sales process,
* then ended up not going with **any vendor**.

Which begs the question... *what the hell happened?*

No one knows.

Or rather, no one *knew.*

Because a group of researchers analysed 2.5 million sales calls.

And the study they published revealed that what we **think** prospects need to hear, and what they **actually** need to hear are two very different things.

In this fifth episode of Subject To Change - a live monthly series on the hard decisions agencies are making to move ahead - Sam Wood & Alex James drill into what that study, what its implications are, and The Anti-Sales Sales Deck template that gives your prospects the info and insights they need to make a decision.
