Care Club Online is a free monthly virtual session hosted by Grace Cares, supported by [Caregivers Connect](https://blog.id-direct.com/caregivers-connect/), created especially for people who care for others. A space to learn, connect, and find support and signposting from the comfort of your own home.

**This month's guest: Lindsey, Functional Medicine Health Coach**

Lindsey specialises in brain health and memory, and her mission is simple: to help people prevent dementia, reverse the early symptoms of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and take back control of their cognitive health.

Using a practical, lifestyle-based approach rooted in Functional Medicine, Lindsey works with people to find changes that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to real life, not overwhelming overhauls.

She will also share details of a free online cognitive test you can take to see how your memory compares to others your age and gender.
