Care Club Online: Brain Health, Memory and Dementia Prevention Tuesday 25 August 2026, 2.30pm to 3.30pm
Care Club Online is a free monthly virtual session hosted by Grace Cares, supported by Caregivers Connect, created especially for people who care for others. A space to learn, connect, and find support and signposting from the comfort of your own home.
This month's guest: Lindsey, Functional Medicine Health Coach
Lindsey specialises in brain health and memory, and her mission is simple: to help people prevent dementia, reverse the early symptoms of Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), and take back control of their cognitive health.
Using a practical, lifestyle-based approach rooted in Functional Medicine, Lindsey works with people to find changes that are realistic, sustainable, and tailored to real life, not overwhelming overhauls.
This session is for you if:
- You care for someone living with dementia and want to better understand the condition
- You have noticed some changes in your own memory, focus or clarity
- You want to take proactive steps to protect your brain health for the future
- You simply want to stay sharp, well, and healthy for the long term
What to expect:
Lindsey will walk you through her five-step approach to brain health, covering nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, memory techniques, and the importance of understanding your own personal root causes. She will also share details of a free online cognitive test you can take to see how your memory compares to others your age and gender.
Can not make it live?
