This roundtable is for both groups. A few ServiceNow teams who have it configured talk through what they connected, what the dashboard told them, and what they built on top of it. Everyone else comes to listen, ask questions, and work out whether it's worth the setup.

Jose Luis Camacho Estrada opens with a 10-minute walkthrough of AI Control Tower as it ships, so everyone starts from the same picture. Practitioners take the next 30 minutes to share their own setups. Then we take questions read out from chat.
