Connected Schools Series
Every school leader has asked themselves: "Am I the only one dealing with this?"
Connected Schools exists because the most valuable insights don't come from consultants or conference keynotes; they come from conversations with peers who've walked in your shoes.
Our monthly series brings together experienced school leaders, administrators, and operations experts for authentic discussions about the operational challenges that keep you up at night: streamlining workflows, eliminating inefficiencies, planning strategically, and building systems that make August arrivals smooth instead of chaotic.
We created this series after hearing from dozens of education leaders who were hungry for real talk from real schools. No product demos, no sales pitches, just practical wisdom from professionals who understand that how you plan in January directly impacts how your school year ends and how the next one begins.
Webinar Overview
January is the perfect time to get ahead. While most schools are deep in the daily grind of the academic year, the most operationally excellent schools are using this mid-year moment to plan, streamline, and prepare for August. They're identifying bottlenecks, documenting processes, and building systems that will make back-to-school planning seamless instead of stressful.
The difference between schools that scramble every August and schools that start strong? Strategic planning that happens now, in January.
Join us for a practical conversation about how to use the next few months to set yourself up for operational success. This isn't about adding more to your plate; it's about working smarter now so you can work better later.
