Joey Nutinsky is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ruvna, a leading K-12 school operations and emergency management platform he launched in 2012. For over 13 years, Joey has been dedicated to helping schools ensure student safety through technology that enables real-time accountability during emergencies. Under his leadership, Ruvna has grown to serve 500+ independent schools across 43+ states, providing comprehensive solutions for emergency response, attendance tracking, and multi-channel communications.

Before founding Ruvna, Joey gained diverse technology experience through roles at Major League Baseball Advanced Media, where he developed product management tools for the MLB.com At the Ballpark application; QVC, where he optimized data systems and messaging protocols; and Engadget, where he coordinated the 2014 Insert Coin competition. He also founded and operated Whitemarsh Technology, a business serving hundreds of clients in computer repair, web development, and live media production.

Joey's entrepreneurial spirit and technical expertise—combined with his deep commitment to school safety—have positioned Ruvna as a trusted partner for independent schools nationwide. He studied Computer Science at American University, where he was a member of Upsilon Pi Epsilon, the Computer Science Honor Society, and holds teaching certification from Gratz College.

Bill is a seasoned product management leader with nearly two decades of experience building transformative SaaS and mobile products across education technology, e-commerce, and enterprise software. As VP of Product at Ruvna, he leads the evolution of the all-in-one K-12 school operations platform that streamlines daily attendance, communications, and emergency response for independent and private schools nationwide. Throughout his career, Bill has demonstrated a track record of scaling startups and leading enterprise innovation. He previously served as Head of Product at Shogun, Director of Product at Wayfair's Merchandising Tech division, and VP Product at brightwheel, where he helped transform early education technology. As Vice President of Product & Design at HelloSign (acquired by Dropbox for $230M), Bill oversaw product strategy for a suite of e-signature and digital workflow solutions trusted by over 65,000 companies worldwide. Bill's data-driven, customer-centric approach has driven significant business impact throughout his career—from taking startups from $0 to over $30M in ARR, to leading products serving more than 75 million monthly active users, to building enterprise-grade solutions used by 100% of Fortune 100 companies. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
