Client relationships have always mattered in legal work, but as AI tools reshape the practice of law, they're becoming an increasingly important competitive advantage for law firms.
Join Tanya Riggan, Vice President Client Relations at Koley Jessen, and Lynn Tellefsen Stehle, Head of Client Collaboration at Nexl, for a strategic discussion on why relationships are the foundation of growth in an AI era and how firms can design a BD strategy that puts them at the center.
In the session, our speakers will discuss:
- What the adoption of AI tools like Harvey and Legora means for law firm growth
- What it looks like to operationalize business development in a modern firm
- How AI is reshaping what BD and marketing teams can deliver
- How firms that invest in relationship management can build a strategic moat
Whether your firm is well into its AI journey or just starting to think about what comes next, this session will help you start designing a relationship-led BD strategy that compounds over time.
