Teens, Tech & Online Safety: What Parents Can’t Always See

The online world is a central part of teenage life, but much of what young people experience isn’t always visible to parents. From algorithms and online trends to hidden pressures and risks, the digital environment can shape what teens see, think and feel in ways that are not always obvious from the outside.

The session will focus not only on understanding the challenges, but also on what parents can do, including how to set boundaries, build healthy habits, and have open, ongoing conversations with their teens about their digital lives.
