Human First: Best Way to Build Long-Lasting Partnerships
2
4:00 PM - 4:45 PM
You lead partnerships. You’ve signed partners, run calls, and built relationships—but sometimes the conversations feel heavy, rushed, or simply not leading to the opportunities you expected.
In partnerships, communication isn’t a soft skill; it’s the engine that makes every deal move.
Yet many programs stall because we talk too much, listen too little, or rush through the moments that matter most.
Join us live on 2 December for a thoughtful, human-centered Q&A session with Caroline Jacob, who brings 28 years of experience in partnerships and a coaching background that has shaped how she builds trust, reads dynamics, and creates genuine connection.
💡 What you will learn:
- How talking too much, especially jumping into “solution mode”, creates misalignment and missed opportunities.
- The first 10 minutes of a conversation set the tone for trust, clarity, and long-term collaboration.
- Simple listening habits that help you uncover what partners really need, not just what they say.
- How lightness and humor make partners more open, honest, and willing to co-create.
- Real stories from the field demonstrate how curiosity, calmness, and humanity foster stronger partnerships than any pitch.
This session is for Partnership and Channel Leaders who want to strengthen partner relationships and improve collaboration—not by doing more, but by listening better.
Join the session. Seats are limited to keep the Q&A interactive.

Caroline Jacob
Partnership Specialist @ Jacob Consulting bv
Caroline Jacob has spent nearly three decades building partnerships — not from books, but by trying, failing, learning, and trying again. Over the years, she discovered that strong partnerships aren’t created through persuasion, but through presence, curiosity, and the willingness to truly listen.
Her coaching background deepened that understanding, strengthening her ability to sense dynamics, hear what’s unspoken, and build trust before taking action. That same coaching mindset naturally flows into her work as a trainer, where she brings clarity, humanity, and practical wisdom into every session.
Partnerships and coaching are two of Caroline’s great passions, and today she combines them to create collaborations that feel natural, meaningful, and energizing.
