Modern SAP transformations are strategically essential – yet many organizations delay their projects because migrations often become slower, more expensive, and more disruptive than expected. As a result, S/4HANA adoption remains below expectations, cloud initiatives lose momentum, and companies postpone access to innovations such as AI, automation, and modern data services.

In this webinar, kgs and Vivicta will demonstrate how organizations can accelerate SAP transformations while minimizing risks and operational disruption.

Learn how intelligent data reduction, compliant archiving, and a well-designed multi-cloud strategy can help simplify migration projects, reduce costs, and create the foundation for future innovation.

What you will learn:

  • Why SAP transformation projects are often delayed
  • How data reduction and archiving accelerate S/4HANA migrations
  • The role of a modern multi-cloud strategy in SAP environments
  • How to minimize business disruption and migration risks
  • Practical approaches for building a future-ready SAP landscape

Who should attend?

This webinar is designed for IT leaders, SAP Basis teams, enterprise architects, and decision-makers responsible for SAP transformation, infrastructure, and digitalization initiatives.
