Live Session: The ServiceNow Integration Speedrun

Maggie Grau and Anand Sainath build a ServiceNow integration live, from start to finish, with Echelon doing the work that normally takes weeks.

What we'll cover

  • Checking for existing Spokes before committing to custom logic
  • Analyzing the API documentation, parsed automatically by Echelon AI agents
  • Setting up credentials, the connection, and the integration actions, flows, and jobs
  • Reworking integration logic when requirements shift mid-build
  • A full end-to-end build live on screen, with Q&A at the end

Speakers:

Maggie Grau, AI Delivery Architect at Echelon. ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, with certifications across HRSD, ITSM, CAD, and CSA.

Anand Sainath, Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at Echelon. Previously Moveworks (acquired by ServiceNow) and Tableau.

For: ServiceNow developers, integration engineers, platform owners, and IT directors running third-party integrations.
