Résumés tell you where someone has been. They don't tell you how quickly a person will learn, adapt, and grow into the role you actually need filled. As jobs change faster than job descriptions can keep up, the organizations that get talent decisions right are the ones looking past experience and credentials to underlying potential.

Join TMA Performance for a live conversation with Edward Overzee Gallas, CEO of BrainsFirst, on how this neuroscience-based assessment is changing the way organizations identify, select, and develop talent. Edward will share how BrainsFirst approaches measuring potential, what it means for building fairer and more objective hiring processes, and how HR and talent leaders can put these insights to work across the employee lifecycle.

You'll walk away with:

  • A clearer picture of what "potential" really means and why traditional hiring signals often miss it
  • Practical ways to reduce bias and guesswork in selection decisions
  • Ideas for connecting early talent insights to development, mobility, and retention
