Most organizations have invested heavily in the environment side of the employee experience — better culture initiatives, manager training, recognition programs, engagement surveys — and hit a ceiling. The 50/50 Equation says the other half is the individual: whether each person's natural drives and talents actually fit the role they're in. But unlike the environment side, most HR teams don't have a methodology for measuring, understanding, or acting on individual talent data at scale.
