A 60-Minute Webinar for Nonprofit Financial Leaders | Program Knowledge Level: Basic | Prerequisites: None | Creation Date: 04/2026 | Field of Study: Finance – Technical | CPE Hours: 1.0
Here's a question worth sitting with: when something shifts in your funding environment (a grant doesn't renew, a major donor steps back, federal priorities change) how many months of runway do you actually have? And did you see it coming?
Most nonprofit leaders are talented, mission-driven, and genuinely stretched thin. Financial planning often means: build the budget, hope the numbers hold, adjust when they don't. This conversation is about changing that.
On June 25th, we're bringing together a CFO manager who's built financial systems inside nonprofits at every stage of growth, a CEO who grew an $11M endowment to $50M, a fundraising strategist who's helped design campaigns raising $100M+ for nonprofit organizations and a nonprofit strategic financial partner who has seen it all. They'll talk multi-year financial planning, scenario modeling, reserve strategy, and how to get your board and leadership actually aligned around a financial vision — not just a budget.
You'll leave with frameworks you can use, a clearer picture of where your organization stands and what it would take to get where you want to go.
