The Uniform Guidance changed on October 1, 2024, and for a lot of nonprofit leaders, the practical implications are still sinking in. If your organization receives federal funding, these aren't small details... they shape how you operate day to day, from the audits you're subject to, to how you allocate costs, to the controls you have in place.

Join Chazin and Baker Tilly for a straightforward look at what's changed and what it means for your organization in practice. We'll also flag what's coming next from the proposed May 2026 rule, so you know what's worth watching.

You'll leave with a clearer sense of where your organization stands today, and what to prioritize next.

**WHAT WE'LL COVER:**

*   Updated internal controls expectations
* What's proposed (not yet final) in the May 29, 2026 rule

**WHO SHOULD ATTEND:** Executive directors, finance leaders, board members, and nonprofit managers responsible for federal award compliance.
