With more than 20 years in the industry, Gabe has done nearly everything in coffee — from helping build Ritual Coffee Roasters in San Francisco, to leading roasting operations and green coffee sourcing at Intelligentsia in Chicago, to becoming Bellwether’s first employee. He has spent decades traveling the world cupping coffees, building menus, and guiding roasteries of all sizes.
Garrett brings hands-on operational and quality experience from across the specialty coffee landscape. He is a certified Q grader, has worked as a barista at Verve Coffee Roasters, managed Coffee QC, and supported roasting and green buying at Arcade Coffee Roasters, contributed to the education and QC programs at Counter Culture Coffee, and now oversees all green-coffee support for Bellwether customers.
