He migrated client stacks to the cloud and stood up the data layer agents run on: a revenue context graph, powered by Vasco, so the AI works off trustworthy data. On top of it, his team now ships agents that score ICP fit, inspect pipeline and surface at-risk deals, and turn raw CRM into board-ready reporting on demand.

The harder part was internal. New competencies. New tools like Claude Code. People relearning jobs they had mastered years ago. A culture that had to shift from doing the work to orchestrating the agents that do it.
