**MSPs are under more pressure than ever.** More phishing attempts. More compliance conversations. More responsibility for protecting customers who expect clear answers and fast results.

At the same time, many MSPs are trying to manage this with processes that were built for a different threat landscape.

In this live session, usecure sits down with Patrick Burgess, Co Founder and Technical Director at Nutbourne Ltd, to talk about what MSPs are actually facing in 2026 and how Nutbourne adapted their approach.

This is not a product walkthrough. *It is a practical conversation about what changed, what stopped working, and what had to evolve* to keep customers protected without adding operational chaos. You will hear directly from an MSP about the challenges they were seeing across their customers, how they started managing cyber risk differently, and what improved as a result.

In this session you will learn:

* What is making cybersecurity harder for MSPs in 2026
* Where risk is slipping through the cracks for many providers
* What changed in one MSP’s approach to managing customer risk
* How to reduce operational pressure while improving security conversations with clients
* How MSPs are starting to manage human cyber risk in a more consistent way

Join the discussion and hear directly from an MSP that is navigating these challenges today.

Register even if you cannot attend live. Everyone who registers will receive the recording after the session.
