uman

A hands-on walkthrough, live in the product. Charles, co-founder at uman, takes one account from the calendar invite through to the finished CRM update, and shows what happens at every step in between.

In this session, we cover a very large part of uman:

* Meetings prepped automatically from your calendar
* Research from news, annual reports, vacancies and their tech
* Objectives and the questions worth asking
* Who you're meeting, contact details included
* Cross-sell matched to the account
* Notes taken on Teams, Meet or your phone
* Follow-up email, next steps and CRM in one click
* Every meeting rolled into one account view

Useful whether you're still evaluating uman or already working in it. If you're a customer, expect to find a few things you haven't switched on yet.
