**See How Innovation Navigator Helps Teams Pursue Upside and Reduce Risk**

Incubation─the messy, misunderstood, and under-managed phase of the innovation process─is where teams must pursue upside, reduce risk, and build confidence in the business case for highly uncertain opportunities. Many organizations still rely on inconsistent processes that make it hard to prioritize learning, align stakeholders, and make sound funding decisions. Innovation Navigator® is a software-supported method that offers a better way.

Join us on **Thursday, May 21, 2026, 9:00-10AM PT** for a live demo of Innovation Navigator and see how it helps innovation and R\&D teams:

*   Identify problematic issues that stand in the way of project success;
*   Understand what builds confidence in the business case and its upside so you can maximize the rate of learning;
* Prioritize experiments that reduce risk and strengthen the case for future funding; and
* Discover how a systemized approach enables superior portfolio analysis and objective decision-making.

SmartOrg’s **Doug Williams** and **David Matheson** will walk through our recently-updated Innovation Navigator user experience, including our new-and-improved Learning Plan modules. They will also show a preview of the new integrated AI capabilities on which the product team is working!
