The future of sales coaching is not only groups or only 1:1.

It is

\- Human for context

\- Self-paced for habits

\- AI for feedback at scale

Patrick and Manuel have seen the inside of 400+ B2B sales orgs.

Their biggest learnings?

1\. Most reps don’t need more 1:1s — they need better repetition.

\- 1:1 coaching doesn't scale. AI feedback on real calls does.

\- Playbooks don’t work unless they’re practiced weekly.

2\. Top reps don’t burn out because they sell more

\- They burn out because the system breaks.

\- Quota pressure without clarity = stress

\- Coaching without call data = opinion, not growth

3\. Coaching that works blends 3 layers:

\- Human: for motivation, mindset, nuance

\- Self-learning: for habit building and product mastery

\- AI: for real-time, pattern-based feedback

Patrick & Manuel will break this down with real examples in this session on how to scale sales without burning out your best people.
