Safety-Care is a comprehensive crisis prevention and de-escalation training program from QBS designed to help organizations reduce workplace incidents and improve safety for both staff and the people they serve. Built on a proven, five-step approach, it equips teams with practical skills to prevent crises before they occur rather than simply reacting to them once they happen. The training is used across K-12 schools, behavioral health and human services organizations, and ABA providers, with documented outcomes including significant reductions in physical management use, seclusion hours, and injuries. Today, more than 3,600 organizations rely on Safety-Care, with over 300,000 people certified annually.
