If you’re based outside Singapore but considering setting up a company here, you’ll probably have a long list of questions.

Can you incorporate without living in Singapore? Do you need a local director? Can you open a bank account remotely? Where will your company pay tax? And what does the process actually involve?

**The short answer: yes, non-residents can set up a company in Singapore. But there are a few requirements you need to understand before you do.**

This session will take you through the process from start to finish — without the government jargon or conflicting advice you’ll often find online.

**What you'll take away**

* **Whether Singapore actually fits your business** — the concrete advantages founders act on, not the brochure ones, so you can make the call rather than keep researching it
* **What the local director requirement really means** — and the ways non-resident founders legitimately satisfy it
* **The full requirements checklist** — company secretary, registered address, share capital, plus timelines and costs you can plan against
* **How to open a bank account from abroad** — usually the hardest step, and the one nobody warns you about
* **What nominee director arrangements do and don't cover** — before you sign one
* **Why your tax residency and your company's are two separate questions** — with two separate answers, and real consequences if you conflate them
* **Q\&A** - get the questions for your specific situation answered by experts live

**Who it's for:**

Founders outside Singapore who are seriously evaluating it, whether you've already decided or you're still weighing it against somewhere else.

You'll leave knowing whether Singapore is right for you, and if it is, precisely what your next step looks like.

Bring your questions. We'll spend real time on them.
