If you’re in sports, fitness, wellness industry, or even in the content creation space, you’re rarely just managing one thing.

There's the actual work, the community, the brand collaboration when it comes along. Maybe a product, a retreat, a workshop you run twice a year. It doesn't look like a career on paper, but it's how most of this industry actually works.

One income stream can survive being run informally. Several can't. The brand that needs an invoice you can't issue. Sponsorship money, product sales, and speaking fees landing in one personal account. A product drop that sells out in one month, gets shipped the next. Multiple revenue sources landing in one personal account

Sofie Fella has built across Shanghai, Hong Kong and Dubai — competing internationally, growing Girls Lift Girls, launching The 大 Collection, and incorporated her company in Hong Kong along the way.

She'll talk about the part founders don't post about: how the pieces fit together, what she got wrong, and what she'd set up from day one if she were starting again tomorrow.

Hear from Sofie Fella about her journey on:

* Building a purpose-driven brand and standing out as an athlete-founder in a crowded space
* Building an global community (Girls Lift Girls) that supports her brand and grows alongside it
* Managing multiple income streams, from brand partnerships to product sales to speaking, all under one personal brand
* How she decided where to incorporate to support building across Hong Kong, Dubai, and beyond
* How she manages accounting and compliance running a lean, mostly solo operation
