Neuron7.ai

A live, 30-minute Neuron7 demo. Watch a real medical device case scored as it arrives, then see the complaint record it hands your quality team.

Most quality organizations find complaints by keyword-searching closed cases at month end. That only finds the cases someone thought to search for, and by the time a case comes back, the technician has run forty more calls. Neuron7.ai already holds your SOPs, your models and serial numbers, and your resolution pathways, so it scores the case as the customer is describing it.

You'll see firsthand:

* How a verbatim customer report is scored against your compliance pillars in real time, with the customer's exact words behind every Red/Yellow/Green rating and the awareness date timestamped on arrival
* How the agent surfaces targeted follow-up questions while the customer is still on the phone, and flags what it could not source instead of guessing
* Where the agent stops: the patient impact field left open, with the customer's exact words recorded, because the person on the phone is not in a position to make that determination
* How the resolution gets checked against its governing SOP, with conflicts between what the customer reported and what the technician found recorded in both directions, and the complaint form prefilled from the record

All of it on the same case and work order object you use today. No parallel system.

Terumo BCT deflected 20% of escalations with Neuron7 and saw roughly 3x ROI.

**Why you should join:** Your field team already gathers almost everything a complaint record needs. What's missing is a mechanism that raises the flag while the work is happening instead of weeks after close. No extra forms for the technician, nobody for compliance to chase, and every case carrying a live read on how close it sits to a complaint. You review 100% of cases rather than a sample, and the determination stays exactly where it belongs. The agent assembles the record and surfaces the signal. Your quality team decides.
