Nearform

89% of executives report no impact from AI on labour productivity. The problem usually isn't the technology. It's what happens to decisions.

AI value gets lost in two places. Before the decision, when leaders don't have the space or the judgement infrastructure to think clearly under pressure. And after it, when good intent loses its meaning on the way into the organisation, and AI on every desk never adds up to a system that delivers.

In this conversation, bestselling author **Barry O'Reilly** and **Nearform**'s **Jeremy Vianna** each take one end of the problem, from the board room to the server room, and test each other on where most of the value is really lost.

**What you'll take away**

* How to tell whether a stalled AI initiative is failing before the decision or after it
* Why AI on every desk doesn't add up to enterprise value, and what does
* How leading executives use AI to build judgement infrastructure, not to replace judgement
* A simple test to run before any AI pilot starts

**Why attend?**

Because the boards that asked for AI are now asking what they got for it. This session is for leaders who want a clear answer, and a way forward if their initiatives have stalled.
