Lyssna

**Your research already has the answers. Now you can ask it anything, right from Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.**

We recently launched the Lyssna MCP server - it connects your Lyssna studies directly to the AI tools your team already uses. Connect once, and your research is right there in the conversation.

**That means you can:**

* Ask a question across multiple studies and get an answer grounded in real participant data
* Synthesize study results into themes and findings, backed by verbatim quotes
* Turn findings into a stakeholder-ready report in a couple of clicks
* Turn insights into tasks, summaries, or updates in tools like Slack, Linear, and Notion

*But a powerful new tool is only as useful as knowing what to do with it.*

In this workshop, we'll show you how to get the most out of the Lyssna MCP. We'll cover getting it set up and using our library of expert-built AI skills to turbocharge your research. You'll see real examples, follow along step by step, and leave ready to put your research to work.

**What you'll learn**

* **What the Lyssna MCP actually is:** a plain-language look at how it works and why it matters for your research
* **How to get set up:** connecting Lyssna to Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in just a few minutes
* **What you can do with it:** the questions and tasks it handles best, and how to get reliable answers
* **How to use Lyssna AI skills:** what skills are, how to install them, and how expert-built skills give your AI tool a research brain
* **How to synthesize research faster:** turning raw study data into sourced themes and findings
* **How to share findings with stakeholders:** going from results to a polished presentation in a couple of clicks
* **How to ask your research anything:** querying across studies with the caveats flagged for you, like small samples, outdated studies, and weak evidence

**What we'll do**

* Walk through the Lyssna MCP: what it is, how it works, and what it makes possible
* Get it connected live, step by step, so you can follow along in your own AI tool
* Explore the Lyssna AI skills library and how to get started with skills built by researchers, for researchers
* Dig into three high-impact skills using real examples: synthesizing research, turning findings into stakeholder presentations, and asking your research anything
* Walk away with the MCP connected, your skills installed, and a starter set of prompts to get you up and running from day one

**Who should attend**

This workshop is for UX researchers, designers, product managers, and anyone running research in Lyssna who wants to spend less time digging through results and more time acting on them. Whether you've never touched an MCP before or you've connected it and aren't sure what to do next, this one's for you.
