Some young people show traits of both autism and ADHD which is often referred to as *AuDHD*. This overlap can make daily life feel a little more intense, exhausting or confusing, both for teens and the adults supporting them.

So what does it look like in teenagers, can traits mask or amplify one another, and how does this affect emotional regulation, attention, friendships, school life and self-esteem.
