Leadership Strategies - 2026 Webinars

# **Most facilitators are experimenting with AI. Few are using it systematically.**

AI can help you draft an agenda or summarize notes—but that's only the beginning.

Join **Michael Wilkinson, Founder of Leadership Strategies and Certified Master Facilitator™,** for a fast-paced introduction to the **Certified AI-Enabled Facilitator™ (CAEF™)** methodology, course, and certification.

You'll see how AI can support facilitators across the entire facilitation lifecycle—from preparing for sponsor conversations and designing agendas to anticipating group dynamics, strengthening participant engagement, and documenting results after the session.

This isn't a generic AI webinar or a collection of prompts. It's designed specifically for facilitators and leaders who want to use AI more intentionally to prepare stronger sessions, make better facilitation decisions, and deliver better outcomes.
