Echelon

AI in SAP today is aimed at life after go-live: maintenance, support, and day-to-day operations.

The project itself still runs by hand. New implementations, S/4HANA migrations, rollouts, and upgrades depend on workshops, fit-gap analysis, and senior people tracing custom code, master data, and dependencies before anyone builds.

This session follows one change through an SAP project from fit-to-standard to go-live, with agents doing the work at each phase. Chris Kernaghan, CPO at a global SAP partner and an SAP Mentor, walks through how SAP teams run each phase today and where the time goes. Rahul Kayala, CEO of Echelon, then runs those same phases live in Echelon.

What we’ll cover:

* **Fit-to-standard and fit-gap:** read the current estate and use the live process graph to find the gaps between your current state and your future state
* **Build:** agents build the change against every dependency the process graph surfaces
* **Test and go-live:** test the change, deploy it behind a developer approval gate, and see it reflected in the process graph

Built for SAP architects, developers, platform owners, and IT leaders who scope, build, and ship SAP projects.
