Assessio exists because humans cannot make completely objective decisions – in recruitment processes, we can be our own worst enemy.

Today, your chances of getting a job are higher if you are European, tall, look healthy and do not have children. We want to change that.

Assessio is a SaaS company specialising in strategic HR and developing tests and tools in occupational psychology. Our tools can help organisations predict who has the best potential to succeed in a role, find future leaders within the organisation, identify toxic behaviours in leadership, and match candidates to the organisational culture through values.

We provide our customers with data-driven insights about both current and potential employees. By making decisions based on reliable data rather than gut feeling, we can discover the potential that exists and ensure that no talent goes to waste.

HR Science Summit 2026 | 30 min

Good people decisions need to be based on evidence, not instinct. Organisations lose critical insight at every handoff between HR processes. What’s learned about a person at hire rarely reaches their manager, rarely shapes their development, and rarely informs how they’re paid. Assessio Talent Suite closes this gap. In this session, Mikkel Lundø and Charline Bestard unveil our new all-in-one talent management platform. Assessio Talent Suite is the only platform that connects and aggregates data across hire, development, and retention. Built on 70+ years of psychometric science and governed AI, it enables HR professionals to make smarter people decisions, faster and with confidence.
