Assessio exists because humans cannot make completely objective decisions – in recruitment processes, we can be our own worst enemy.

Today, your chances of getting a job are higher if you are European, tall, look healthy and do not have children. We want to change that.

Assessio is a SaaS company specialising in strategic HR and developing tests and tools in occupational psychology. Our tools can help organisations predict who has the best potential to succeed in a role, find future leaders within the organisation, identify toxic behaviours in leadership, and match candidates to the organisational culture through values.

We provide our customers with data-driven insights about both current and potential employees. By making decisions based on reliable data rather than gut feeling, we can discover the potential that exists and ensure that no talent goes to waste.

**Making engagement work for your organisation**

HR Science Summit 2026 | 30 min

Knowing how your people feel means little if it doesn’t drive action. This session explores what engagement means and what separates organisations that act on the data from those that don’t. We discuss the central role managers play in driving and sustaining engagement, and what HR leaders can do to build a culture where people genuinely want to contribute.

*With Kerstin Alfes, Professor at ESCP Business School, Jessica van Wingerden, Research Fellow at Nyenrode Business University, and Emma Engebretzen, HR Director at Assessio.*
