Alva Labs

### *The agent carries the work. The science is validated and certified. Every final decision stays with your team.*

Six in ten hiring managers have rejected a candidate who performed well in a structured assessment, because their gut told them otherwise. We know the number because we paid for the study. We also sell the assessment.

That is the gap between knowing and doing. Structured methods predict job performance roughly twice as well as unstructured ones, and combining evidence from several of them is stronger still. The science has been clear for decades. Applying it has always meant somebody turning the brief into clear criteria, preparing the right questions and bringing the evidence together for the person deciding. It happened on the roles you had time for.

AI has already made individual hiring tasks faster. It can screen applications, match profiles and draft candidate communication. But TA still has to start each task, provide the context and carry the output into the next stage.

The Agentic Hiring System changes who carries that work. The Alva agent works across the process using approved criteria, structured methods and validated science. It prepares the work. Your team reviews it and makes the final decision.

There are two ways to start:

* Agentic Psychometrics. Use the agent with the Alva assessments you already run, alongside your current ATS.
* The Agentic Hiring System. Use the same agent and the same science across the complete hiring process, from brief to decision.

On 16 October, you’ll see the agent carry a real role from brief to decision while the hiring team stays in control of every final call.

In this session, you’ll see:

* A real role taken from brief to decision
* How the agent works with Alva Psychometrics alongside your current ATS
* What 175 Swedish hiring managers told us about the moment of decision
* What the agent can prepare between stages, including work completed overnight
* Where the agent stops and human judgement takes over
* How to get started with Agentic Psychometrics or the complete Agentic Hiring System

You’ll leave knowing what the agent can take off your team’s plate, where people remain responsible, and why validated hiring science separates better decisions from faster guessing.

Alva is built on ten years of hiring science, used by more than 650 hiring teams and 1.5 million assessed candidates. The system is certified to ISO 42001, ISO 27001 and ISO 10667-2, includes DNV-certified assessments and is built for the EU AI Act.

For TA leaders and hiring teams. The Q\&A is available live only. Can’t join us? Register anyway and we’ll send you the recording.
