Episode 1 of Hiring, Rebuilt, an 8-part series from Recruiting Brainfood and Alva Labs.

Speed is the easy part of AI in hiring. The harder question is what a hiring team can actually stop doing, and whether decisions get better once it does.

Jennifer Mullen has led Intuit's Business Functions hiring team for 11 years, straight through the company's AI shift. She joins Hung Lee (Recruiting Brainfood) and Oliver Vaage (CRO, Alva Labs) to talk about what got handed over, what came back, where the freed-up time went, and what the recruiter's job looks like now.
