Graduating early from the University of Florida with a major in finance, Sal has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. He founded his first startup at the age of 19 and spent time learning the ins and outs of business planning, marketing, finances, and operations. He founded and led Stax Payments, one of America's top 10 fastest-growing fintech companies, making it a billion-dollar technology platform. Now, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of Worth, an AI-powered financial underwriting and risk management platform. Sal was most recently honored with the Orlando Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 and the University of Florida's 40 Under 40.

Devon Wijesinghe is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a strong track record in data-driven technology and enterprise growth. He is currently the President of Worth, a fintech platform transforming how financial institutions automate onboarding, underwriting and real-time risk decisions. Previously, Devon was the President of EvidentID, CORL Technologies and Terra Worldwide. He co-founded e-VERIFILE, one of the Southeast’s most successful tech exits, and led major transactions including the $225M sale of Insightpool and the $2.7B take-private deal of Cision. Devon is also the founder of Triple Threat Strategies and an active member of YPO and the Atlanta CEO Council.
