Many organizations work hard to hire capable people—yet still struggle with burnout, disengagement, and underperformance. The issue often isn’t necessarily talent; it’s role alignment.
In this webinar, TMA Performance introduces a practical, human-centered approach to ensuring people are positioned in roles where they can do their best work without burning out. By aligning job profiles, talent profiles, and behavioral preferences, organizations can move beyond generic role definitions and surface-level assessments to create sustainable role fit.
You’ll learn how clearly defined job profiles establish the behavioral and talent demands of a role, while talent profiles reveal how individuals are naturally wired to contribute. When these insights are aligned, employees experience greater energy, clarity, and ownership—and organizations benefit from higher performance, stronger engagement, and healthier teams.
Designed specifically for HR, L&D, and People leaders, this session will show how to apply talent insights across the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to development, role design, and succession planning.
