How should HR teams respond when AI-generated content becomes part of a workplace dispute, without creating further problems?
Employees are increasingly using AI tools like ChatGPT to draft grievances, challenge redundancy decisions, and build arguments for employment claims. At the same time, HR teams are using AI themselves to review information, summarise documentation and support ever more complex cases, often involving sensitive employee data. Both can create legal and data protection risks, but the risks are not the same.
In this session, experts from WorkNest People and the DPO Centre will discuss some of the main employment law and data protection challenges of AI-generated content, and how HR teams can handle disputes safely and appropriately.

- How to respond to AI-generated arguments and false legal citations, while avoiding discrimination risks
