Join Team Jump as we launch our Green Champion's Handbook, an interactive resource, designed to help you create structure for your green champions and help them grow their network.
We'll also be taking advice from Aniko, Schwarc, Green Plan Engagement Officer at Central London Community Healthcare and West London NHS Trust.
She will be sharing how she brought in over 240 green champions to the network in the last few years.

Green Plan Engagement Officer
Aniko Schwarc is the Green Plan Engagement Officer for the sustainability partnership between Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) and West London NHS Trust.
Aniko joined the Sustainability team in 2021, initially coordinating projects before moving into engagement. She now raises awareness of the Trusts’ Green Plans and leads the joint Green Champions Network, a community of 240 staff members who drive positive environmental change across both organisations. She also oversees Sprout, the staff engagement app powered by Team Jump, which has supported sustainability engagement since its launch in October 2025.
Before moving into sustainability, Aniko coordinated work within the CLCH Medical Devices team. Prior to joining the NHS, she worked in global business consultancies, supporting executive leaders and managing office operations.
Aniko is passionate about empowering staff to make sustainable choices at work and at home, recognising that small, collective actions can make a significant difference.
