AI in insurance claims is no longer experimental.

Investments in claims-related AI are increasing, budgets are approved, but confidence levels vary. AI pilots are active, but enterprise rollouts are not scaling. Executive Committees are asking tough questions. Automation is growing, but trust remains fragile.

There is a growing gap between:

• What leadership believes AI is delivering

• What handlers actually experience

• What compliance leaders need to see

• And what technology teams are building

The conversation is shifting from “Should we use AI?” to “Why isn’t AI delivering the impact we expected?”

Join this 45-minute live webinar, where we’ll reveal three of the most persistent myths shaping AI strategy in claims today – and we will unpack the realities senior leaders need to address.

If you are responsible for performance, governance, or transformation in claims, you’re likely dealing with at least one of these myths right now, as well as pushback from the ExCo, and/or pressure to deliver meaningful results.

Join us for insights into:

• Three myths that impact AI claims

• The widening gap between boardroom expectations and reality

• Practical insights you can take back to your organization immediately

This is not a technical deep dive. It is a strategic discussion about what it really takes to move from pilot to performance.
