I started my career with HSBC Investments and UBS Wealth Management, before joining Brewin Dolphin where I worked in their Brighton and Reigate offices. I joined Skerritts, one of the co-founders of Shackleton, in April 2017 as an Investment Manager, and became Head of Investments at the end of 2019.
Wayne Nutland
Senior Investment Manager, Shackleton
I spent 19 years at HSBC Asset Management initially as an equity analyst, later as a multi-asset Fund Manager and Head of UK Discretionary responsible for about £10bn of assets. I subsequently spent 4 years at Premier Miton Investors as a Fund Manager and Head of Managed Index Solutions, joining Skerritts, one of the co-founders of Shackleton, in 2024.
