Where you're losing in AI answers. On what. To whom.

You are named in 30% of AI answers. Good or bad?
A percentage has no direction until you know what it is measured against. 30% is a strong position against a category leader holding 20%, and a losing one against a leader holding 60%. The mention rate describes you. The market around it is what locates you.
Locating anything means covering the market, and coverage is the denominator most AI-visibility setups quietly skip. Ours is a keyword database refined over years, millions of keywords, already running our organic research. The AI Visibility Index turns that same set on AI: every keyword read through ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews, weighted by verified Google search volume, because a mention on a keyword worth 10,000 searches and a mention on one worth 100 are not the same event.
This webinar goes through four features we have released, in the order SEO work runs. Together they close a loop. The Index, establishes position. Tracking, through the Visibility Trend Explainer, separates your performance from everything else moving underneath it. The MCP and Looker Studio , carry that into analysis and reporting.
Agenda:
📚 Part 1: The AI Visibility Index. Where you stand.
A quarterly read of our whole keyword research database, millions non-branded queries in the UK, Romanian markets put through ChatGPT and AI Overviews. Point it at your own domain, a competitor's, a prospect's, or an entire category. What it answers:
- Where you stand, and where the gap is. Mentions and citations on the searches your customers make, against the brands ranking on the same keywords, split by category and subcategory down to the prompt and the answer itself. "A competitor is ahead of us" is not a brief. "Ahead of us in gifting, on these 340 keywords" is
- Pitch with it. Add a prospect's domain and read their position and their gaps before the pitch
- Take it into SEOmonitor. The Index is quarterly, so it fixes a position, not a trend. Once you know which keywords carry the market, track them and you get the movement: whether the work you did this month registered.
📈 Part 2: Tracking, and the Visibility trend explainer. What moved, and whether it was you.
Tracked keywords produce a trend line, and a trend line cannot answer the question it invites: was that us?
- Every move decomposed, keyword by keyword, into the four things that cause it: your performance, the result itself changing, your tracking changing, search demand shifting
- Two keywords can post an identical drop for opposite reasons: on one a competitor displaced you inside the AI Overview, on the other Google stopped returning one at all. A loss, and a change in the opportunity
🤖 Part 3: The MCP and Looker Studio. Analysis, and the report.
The Index reads the market. This reads you: your own campaign, its history, and where next month's work goes.
- The MCP connects your SEOmonitor account to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP-compatible assistant. Ask in plain language: "which topics did we move in AI Search last month?", "where should we focus next?"
- Every answer comes back on your own data: your groups, your competitors, your history
- The new Looker connector: a live four-page dashboard on organic, AI Overviews, AI Search and competitor share of voice, built from your campaign in minutes
- No exports. No rebuilding the same report every month
Bonus: Q&A with Cosmin
The last fifteen minutes are open, learn about the roadmap, ask SEOmonitor and industry related questions, like: where AI Search goes next, and what an AI-visibility KPI must correlate with before it belongs in a client report.
What you take with you
The loop, as something you can run:
- Gap analysis into improvements. Read the market in the Index, isolate the categories and keywords where AI names a competitor and not you, bring them into a campaign, improve and measure.
- Quarterly reporting and pitches. The Index for where a brand stands in its market, whether that brand is your client, your own, or a prospect you want to win. The tracked trend for whether the quarter's work registered
- A keyword set you can trust. How to tell whether the keywords you track actually represent your AI performance, and what to add when they do not
- The recording, sent to everyone who registers
