Speaking up is evolving fast. Drawing on Safecall’s 2026 Benchmark Report and real‑world client insights, this live session examines how reporting behaviours are changing, what’s driving those shifts, and how organisations can strengthen trust, independence and response.
We’ll look at where volumes and risk types are moving, how reporting channel choices are shaping case quality - especially for sensitive issues - and the governance expectations organisations must now evidence across jurisdictions. Our panel of experts will translate the data into clear actions for your programme, and what this means for your organisation today and over the next 12 months.
What you’ll learn
- Key data signals for 2026: The patterns that matter (report types on the rise; reporting channel shifts) and how to read them in your context.
- Independence in practice: How external channels build confidence across the whole programme and can lift trust in internal reporting.
- Channels with purpose: Why phone remains pivotal for complex or personal cases - and how to design comms so people choose the right route.
Who should attend
- Chief Compliance/Ethics Officers, General Counsel
- HR Directors, Employee Relations & Investigations leads
- Risk, Audit & Governance leaders
- Operational leaders in high‑risk, multi‑site or frontline environments
