As VP of Product at Ruvna, he leads the evolution of the all-in-one K-12 school operations platform that streamlines daily attendance, communications, and emergency response for independent and private schools nationwide. Throughout his career, Bill has demonstrated a track record of scaling startups and leading enterprise innovation. He previously served as Head of Product at Shogun, Director of Product at Wayfair's Merchandising Tech division, and VP Product at brightwheel, where he helped transform early education technology. As Vice President of Product & Design at HelloSign (acquired by Dropbox for $230M), Bill oversaw product strategy for a suite of e-signature and digital workflow solutions trusted by over 65,000 companies worldwide. Bill's data-driven, customer-centric approach has driven significant business impact throughout his career—from taking startups from $0 to over $30M in ARR, to leading products serving more than 75 million monthly active users, to building enterprise-grade solutions used by 100% of Fortune 100 companies. He holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
