Chelsea Lopez
Educator Success
Chelsea is a passionate educator with over five years of experience in K–8 classrooms, specializing in special education and intervention. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Elon University and now serves as an Customer Success Manager at ReadTheory, partnering with schools to create meaningful reading experiences that help every learner grow. Outside of work, she enjoys playing beach volleyball and softball, hiking, spending time with loved ones and her three fur babies, and coaching a local high school Cheer and Stunt team.
Tammy Ramsey
Educator
Tammy is an inspiring Georgia educator teaching 5th grade at Naomi Elementary, part of Walker County Schools. Through her commitment to student consistency, growth, and meaningful achievement, her students have shown exceptional progress and perseverance. In recognition of her impact, Tammy has been named ReadTheory’s 2025 to 2026 Teacher of the Year: Impact Award winner, selected from millions of educators worldwide. After years of dedication to teaching, she is retiring this year, leaving behind a lasting legacy of student success.
Lisa Stern
Strategic Partnerships
Lisa brings a wealth of experience and a passion for education to her Strategic Partnerships with Schools & Districts role. With over 15 years experience as a teacher and school administrator in PreK-12 schools, she is deeply committed to empowering students to become lifelong learners. She provides schools and districts with tools and resources that help them grow confident readers and foster student engagement. Lisa is an avid James Madison University sports fan (Go Dukes!) who loves traveling and completing puzzles.
