The Credibility Gap
18
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Credibility is still a defining challenge for internal communications. For too long, internal comms functions are often seen as a ‘nice-to-have’. But in reality, we know that internal comms teams are instrumental in driving change and ultimately providing results that positively impact wider business outcomes.
In this webinar we will give HR and internal comms professionals tools and practical tips to have true influence within their organisations. Moving away from acting as a broadcaster and acting as strategic partner and advisor to the executive team.
Join us as we highlight the findings from our latest exclusive survey and explore the success that Burger King UK has realised since launching BK Hub - from reduced employee turnover and improved productivity to enhanced efficiencies. We will uncover insights on the wider industry from IoIC CEO Jennifer Sproul, who understands first-hand the credibility and influence that internal comms functions deserve.
