As you may know, our journey started by talking to a small group of customers to better understand your portfolio management challenges. What we discovered was strong demand for a solution that offers holistic visibility, connects strategy to delivery, and simplifies executive reporting—especially in hybrid environments.
From the start, we've committed to building Nooga Portfolio with our customers. We work closely with a core feedback group, and now we're opening the doors wider by inviting everyone who's expressed interest to get early access and help shape what comes next, starting with this demo.

Lean Agile & Transformation Specialist, and Product Manager at Nooga | SPC
Michael has been working with Azure DevOps and its predecessor Team Foundation Server since 2005, bringing nearly two decades of hands-on experience to the platform. Starting out as a software developer across a wide range of industries, he grew deeply curious about how teams could work better, first through technology, then through lean and agile methodologies. That curiosity led him into a career as a Lean-Agile consultant before moving into product management. At Nooga, Mike focuses on process and methodology products within Azure DevOps, helping organizations improve the flow of value and adopt modern ways of working with the whole system in mind.
