About this session
The EUDR simplification package is out. But for most procurement and sustainability teams, the real question is what it means for them in practice.
We'll set the context on what was published and why it matters, then hear directly from a regulatory specialist on how the updated requirements are being interpreted and enforced, followed by an open Q&A.
This is a rare opportunity to put your questions directly to industry professionals - we’ve built the session around that.
What to expect
- Context on the EUDR simplification package and the landscape companies are now operating in
- A regulatory perspective on the latest interpretation of legality due diligence and risk-based assessment
- Clarity on the dual role between operator and downstream operator
- Updated guidance on substantiated concerns
- An honest assessment of what the latest FAQ has clarified and what remains open
- An open Q&A where you can put your questions directly to both speakers
